Our long-stay homes
- Sunrise Apartment 2, Scarborough. Furnished apartment close to town. TTD 4,500 a month.
- Palm Court Unit 4, Canaan. Furnished apartment near the airport. TTD 3,800 a month.
- Old Mill Shop, Plymouth. Shop unit with a timber front. TTD 6,000 a month.
All three are let at the moment. Register your interest and we will tell you first when one comes free.
How a long stay works
- One monthly rent, paid by bank transfer, with a written lease of 12 months or more.
- One month’s deposit, held for the length of the lease and returned when you leave.
- Repairs handled by us. Report a problem and we send someone.
